3D Technology Checklist This product is 3D-related. To help you get a great 3D experience, use our checklist below to ensure that you have everything you need. If you have any questions or want to learn more about 3D, we invite you to visit 3D 101--our center for everything 3D. To get started with 3D, please ensure that you have: A Display The first--and most important--item you'll need is a 3D-ready display--whether it be a 3D HDTV, 3D projector, or 3D computer monitor. These displays usually have a higher processing power than older models as they need to display one image for each eye to create a 3D effect. A Source While your display is ready for 3D playback, you still need a device to read 3D content (i.e., a movie or a show). This source can be a cable box with a subscription to a 3D channel, a 3D Blu-ray Disc player, or a PlayStation 3. Content In order to watch 3D, you will need to get some 3D content. This 3D content will come from the source mentioned above in the form of a 3D program, movie, or game. Please ensure that your 3D movies are in the Blu-ray 3D format, as this new format will provide the best 3D experience. 3D Glasses All 3D HDTVs on the market require Active Shutter glasses to create the 3D effect. You will need to buy one pair of glasses for each viewer. Also make sure that the Active Shutter glasses you buy are compatible with your display--for example, buy the glasses from the same brand as your 3D HDTV. HDMI Cable To connect your source (such as a 3D Blu-ray Disc player) to your display, you'll need a hgh-speed HDMI cable. Cables with this designation--with bandwidth speeds up to 10.2 Gbps (gigabits per second)--will be able to carry the 3D signal without any loss of quality. The best customer reviews 36 of 36 people found this review helpful. It really works! SuperC142 to be a big fan of 3-D, I was very excited when this product was announced and because the price was so low that pre-ordered right away without having seen any reviews (because there were still points of view). I was not sure if I would buy a new gadget or a very useful device. To save me from being disappointed, I expected it up and wait for the second. It turns out that the camera is much better than a new gadget, but do not expect to get rid of their "normal" point and shoot digital camera or camcorder "normal." However, if you want those in a perfect image for printing and a lot of video length. However, when you want a 3-D image or short video in 3-D, 3-D camera Aiptek is a great choice, convenient and cheap. The first question I got was: "Does it really work?" I am happy to say that the answer is yes, good! Screen resolution parallax barrier is relatively low, but the 3-D effect is really big and the screen is used to great hope that Aiptek 3-D photo frame, with its higher resolution, the better (still awaiting delivery of this writing, so I do not have time). You must understand when I say "low resolution", I'm talking about the resolution of the built-in does not show the actual resolution of the images / video, which is much higher. 5 megapixel images (2592 x 1944) video and 720p (1280 x 720) does not sound like much today, but almost certainly not hesitate to print images taken with this camera anyway. It requires transforming Red / Blue (Anaglyph) format. This works, but is much less than ideal. Instead of this, I think you should expect to see these images / videos on the device itself, the corresponding 3-D photo frame, or a new 3-D TV When you decide who your primary vehicles are displaying the content created with this device, the resolution becomes much more acceptable. In fact, the image resolution is higher than the display resolution of the camera and also the resolution of the 3-D Frame (800 x 600). For this reason, I think it was smart to use a Aiptek relatively low resolution to keep the price low. The quality of images and video is acceptable, but as I said before, if not replace the existing camera for those times when you want a high quality. The image quality is almost as good as the best cameras with mobile phones (which do not compete well with a camera for "regular"). But remember: the quality is quite acceptable given that you get 3-D images. Then the 3-D mode, there is a lot of frills, no image stabilization, no optical zoom, no flash, etc. It is logical to because that's the only way you're going to get 3-D, this is surprisingly low price-point. The camera has a tripod so if you really need extra light, you one of those little LED lights that screw into tripod mounts for not much money. As for the video, it records at 30 FPS, but if the action is fast moving, it seems not. It seems that 10 or 15 FPS (30 frames per second may still be recording, but I think 2 or 3 of those frames to be identical). I noticed the frame rate is reduced slightly less pronounced when more light. FYI: I use a Transcend 16 GB Class 10 SD. This is probably not as fast as a Class 10 SanDisk card, but that is enough to everything the camera can be accommodate. It may sound like I only talk negatively about this camera, but it's certainly not my intention to discourage the purchase of the I just want you to be clear about what * not * to do, so you have the right expectations. In reality, I am satisfied with the quality of the camera and it exceeded my expectations. I quickly.
